submarket house prices
@ 12 Dec. 2006 – 22:11:29
Following a bit of tweaking of the submarket structure, this is the lower quartile and average prices. If the economists' theorising is correct this ought to be a more recognisable and meaningful way to analyse and show house prices.

Submarket average house prices 2006
@ 04 Dec. 2006 – 22:02:35
Following the exercise to try to identify "housing submarkets", this map shows the pattern of average house prices within them. If the theory is correct this ought to make more sense than other geographical aggregations.

New joiners - participating in the blog site
@ 09 Oct. 2006 – 09:14:20
Several people accepted the invitations to join the blog site - thanks. They are now 'friends' in blog parlance and can access the files, maps and other data on the blog site, (under 'media'), and can leave comments and participate in discussions. Think of it as maybe avoiding more meetings.
It would be very helpful if anyone could post a comment to say what kind of things would be useful to put on the blog site . There are various map graphics, spreadsheet models, some SVG ( scaleable vector graphics) interactive maps to try out.
There is also an on line 'surveymonkey' questionnaire for 'stakeholders' , ( accessible from the main page , top of the column on the left), but it needs work to be useful - the area questions are too complex at the moment. Any suggestions on what to cover would be very welcome.
I know sometimes local authority firewalls and permsissions can prevent access to on line material, so if anyone has problems of this kind it would be very helpful if they could let me know about it, to help try to make this means of communication more useful.
Thanks .
